sunsational summer

 Our first week of summer was sunsational!

·         Beach

·         Disney

·         Shopping

·         Park

·         Chuck e cheese

·         Ice cream

·         Yummy dinner out

·         Shopping

·         Pool

·         Party at the Clearwater Beach Hyatt

This is going to be the best summer ever!!!!!!

Next week is Dress shopping, dress shopping and more dress shopping!

Rain Rain go away!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rain rain go away the Costello’s want to go out and play.

We needed to change the direction of our plans the last two days.   Unfortunately Mother Nature had plans of her own and she is the boss! However we still managed to have some fun. Shopping at the mall picked up Michaels outfit for the wedding, what a handsome guy. Then we stopped for some Ice cream yummy.

I scream you scream we all scream for ICE CREAM!

Today we went to Chuck E Cheese and Madison hit the Jackpot she won 100 tickets. Michael and I played a fierce game of air hockey. We still managed to squeeze in a small walk before dinner in-between the rain.

 

Jessica met with the hair dresser for a test run only 51 days till she says I DO. I am happy to say it is all coming together.

Disney World & The Beach

Well we plan on having a summer of fun old school style.

What that really means is on a budget!

This summer I plan on have 4 active days a week with at least an hour or more of movement, this is more for me than the kids. Plus a whole lot of fun!!!!

Summer fun week one:

Disney World our last trip for the summer, way to hot and busy. We did have a great time; we were able to ride everything on our list and even tried out Thunder Mountain Railroad. This was Madison’s first time and she loved it!!

The beach in my eyes was a perfect day

· Spot close to restrooms

· Free parking

· Not too busy

·Nice waves

· Overcast, you could still enjoy the weather just not die of heat stroke

Made it to the car just before the sky opened up with a summer thunder storm. Home within minutes and enjoyed a nice berry salad with lunch and into the pool again for an afternoon swim. Then off to see Jessica in her LAST gymnastic performance.

SUMMER!!!!!

I can’t believe that we are already in June!

    We had a great weekend! Did a ton of yard work, clean both the front and back porch, and rearranged the pool deck. After a couple hours in the sun we were ready for a dip in the pool. Then we found a cool pizza restaurant (my boys love pizza). The night ended in a heated game of mini golf, Maddy was on fire, but daddy won it!

   Sunday started by sleeping in then, Maddy finished up school work. Summer has officially started!!! We walked up to the fruit stand picked up some nice berries then home to make blackberry & strawberry milkshake. The kids enjoyed a dip in the pool before dinner. Mike made a delicious dinner; Ham, potatoes, cabbage & broccoli.  Such a nice night we decided to go for a walk/ scooter ride………..

Poor Maddy it happened in slow motion; there was nothing I could do to stop it. She took a BIG fall down the overpass!  After some ice, triple antibiotic cream and a ginger ale.

She was doing better now. Tomorrow Disney World here we come!
