What a difference a year makes. Last year she was still trying to figure out which goal to shoot the ball in and this year she is a rock star!

She had some fancy foot work on the field today. The best was when she put the moves on them and totally faked them out and scored a goal!!!

Beach Vacation

Vacation was too short! We had a lot of fun and were able to relax a little.

 

We made a list of some must do activities and were able to cross most off the list. Mike took the kids fishing and Maddy caught her first fish and then another and another and another 4 total. Michael has become a pro at casting the line. We also found the largest hermit crab ever.

 

We tried deep fried Oreo’s a tasty little treat YUMMY

 

We also did the dolphin boat ride which I really like, lots of dolphins and we also saw a manatee and a sting ray.  

 It was also nice getting together with family that lives out of town.

 

The sun sets were beautiful and the weather was outstanding.

Ultimate camper, the kids competed to see who could stay out the longest.

Fun photo's of the crew. We are all doing great everyone is busy with LIFE. Brandie & Nicole are well; Casie is working all the time and will be moving to the beach at the beginning of the year. Jessica and Mike are both full time students and doing well. Jessica will graduate Dec. 16, with a B.A in education. Michael and Maddy are doing great and love being home schooled. As always mike is working hard.

We are all looking forward to our vacation 4 more days!!! WE CAN'T WAIT

Saying good bye......

Indoor trampoline center was a great time and great work out. The kids will sleep good tonight!

Crabby Bills sea food dinner, we all were able to meet up tonight to say good bye. The kids really hit it off and we are sad to see them leave. Now, I really have a desire to make it up to New York next summer for a least a week or maybe longer…………… ?

We have had such a great time with Kelley and family this week. It makes me sad to know it is coming to an end. The kids have had a great time together I wish we all lived closer to each other.

Thursday- Kelley, Dick & kids stopped by to say hi!

Friday - We all meet up for dinner at The Conch Republic Grill. Kim and Anika joined us. We all had a great dinner.

Saturday- We hosted a family cook out! Kids went swimming and played corn hole. Adults played horse shoes (Mikes favorite). We all enjoyed good food and then played good old board games. I can honestly say this was the best cook out ever!!!!!! Jessica, Mike, Bruce, Kelly, Dick, Kim, and all the Kids boy did we have a full house; unfortunately Casie was called to work an extra shift so she couldn’t make it. Don’t worry we saved you a plate.

Week 5 of summer 2011

Seaworld was a blast all kinds of new activities to explore. Unfortunately happy harbor was shut down due to lighting. Maddy was upset about that although she did enjoy the Wild Arctic ride, and the Pet Ahoy show. Michael enjoy a different side of the park. Roller coasters, roller coasters and yes more roller coaster! He is not afraid of anything he will ride them all. His most favorite ride was the Manta you ride pretty much on your chest! CRAZY

Michael made any Oreo pie, everyone loved it.

Jessica has been hard at work on all things wedding. Only 17 more days.
